Hulu Plus Launches on Select Panasonic TVs and Blu-ray Players [Hulu Blog]
Hulu has just announced on its company blog that its Hulu Plus subscription service is now being offered on connected TVs and Blu-ray players produced by Panasonic.
Customers who subscribe to the Hulu Plus service will be able to access Hulu's content, which includes current and past television shows from a number of cable programmers and broadcast network and movies from Miramax and the Criterion Collection, directly from these devices.
This announcement adds Panasonic to a fairly long line of connected TV manufacturers that now offer Hulu Plus, including Samsung, Sony, Vizio, LG, and Haier. Hulu Plus is also available on Roku devices, Apple's iOS devices, Android phones, and gaming consoles (Playstation 3, XBOX 360, but not Wii).
