What can one say? Even with all the downed lines..FCC transitions...etc..we have had uninterrupted service.

So I will state the obvious also, "If you need a sure fire cure for the transition into HDtv then Insight is the best solution".

And btw, I am not an employee but a loyal consumer in a market area where most companies look at the account number not the person. Insight sees the consumer as a person not a number.
