CBS Shows Could Be Coming to Hulu Plus [Mashable]
Of the major broadcast networks, CBS programming is the only one that doesn't currently appear on Hulu. But that may be changing in the near future because Reuters is reporting that CBS Chief Executive Les Moonves has revealed CBS is in negotiations with the popular online streaming site for programming to appear on Hulu's new subscription service Hulu Plus.
Currently, CBS provides its programming online via its TV.com portal. CBS had avoided Hulu because it wanted to control how its content is used on the site. Moonves views Hulu Plus as a way to provide content online without harming the traditional television model. Mashable indicates that any deal between Hulu and CBS would likely mean that TV.com would continue to offer streaming programming.
