Congress is currently focused on President Obama's proposed economic stimulus package, which includes some $9 billion in broadband stimulus. The National Cable and Telecommunications Association's President and CEO Kyle McSlarrow has posted a YouTube video on the different issues involved in the broadband stimulus at the NCTA's CableTechTalk blog.
