Customers want more HD
Argo mentioned in a comment about more high definition channels.
I
look forward to Insight continuing to roll out new HD channels and
especially HD On Demand content here in NKY. I have gotten to the point
where I actually watch very little programming that isn't in high def!And Steve mentioned it too.
Hi, Just wanted to know when Insight will be upgrading it's HDTV channels, I really enjoy HD TV and hope you can add alot more HD service soon.We receive a lot of questions about expanding our high definition line-up and I want you to know that I love hi-def too. Rest assured that we are working diligently to bring you much more.
Watch for our next release of digital video service, Digital 4.0. As we speak, behind-the-scenes work is being done to reallocate bandwidth in order to enable the launch of an expanded digital package. Many more hi-def channels and lots more hi-def video-on-demand are on the way!
So, if you're a hi-def enthusiast like Argo, Steve and me, rest assured we're working to bring you more! Although we don't have a specific launch date, it won't be too long. More to come on this topic soon.
Can't wait for Sci-Fi Channel in HD. :)

Good news to me! Thanks for this info, I love how you correspond in this manner. I am hopeful for more sports in HD, right now it is the most consistent real HD content on these "HD" channels.

Really appreciate this blog and the responses, Insight is AEWSOME, Keep up the great Job, Michael. Also, I have had Dish, and DirecTV in the past, compared to Insight they don't even exsist.

Definitely good news..I've enjoyed the HD service here in Lexington greatly. Is there a proposed list of channels that are under consideration to be added or anything along those lines?
